We welcome Roy McGinty to Team Kipp!
Roy Edward McGinty, a transplant from Auburn, Alabama, has lived in Nashville since 1997. Within 2 years of moving to Tennessee, he began a lifelong relationship with the Kipp family.. Through his twenty-three years of living in Middle Tennessee, Roy has built a network of invaluable personal relationships. He recognized the unique characteristics and benefits of living in Middle Tennessee… the people!
As a product of the Tennessee education system, where he attended high school, college and graduate school, Roy has an academic mindset that he brings to the Real Estate industry. As a high school teacher and baseball coach for the past 14 yeas, he has learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his students, just as he will be for his clients. Through his passion and teachings of personal finance, Roy has decided to take the knowledge he has gained and cross over into Real Estate and Real Estate investing.
He is supported by his lovely wife, Allie Graves McGinty, and their wonderful (soon to be adopted), son Isaiah Graves McGinty. Allie is a nurse practitioner. Isaiah attends Springdale Elementary in Mt. Juliet TN.
Roy’s change of career from Education to Real Estate comes from an internal drive to provide his family with security and prosperity for their future. His passion for teaching personal finance, combined with a desire to eliminate generational poverty is proof of why he is going to be a steward for his clients. He understands how important purchasing a home is, as it affects his client’s pride of ownership, financial security, and peace of mind.
Roy is an active participant in the Donelson, Hermitage and Mt. Juliet communities. When not assisting clients, Roy enjoys yelling at Auburn football, rooting for the Braves, indulging in Nashville’s culinary scene, and creating memories around the world with his family.
Please give Roy a call at 615-549-7967 or email at Roy@teamkipp.com if you’d like to speak with him about your Real Estate needs. He’d be delighted to help you!
